Buttermilk Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend sugar, butter, flour and salt until creamy.
    Add well-beaten eggs, vanilla and buttermilk last.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
