Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 boxes frozen broccoli, drained and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter
1/2 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Saute onion in 1/2 of the butter.
Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Top with stuffing mix. Pour rest of butter over stuffing mix.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
