Gina'S Favorite Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. heavy cream
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces or raspberry chocolate morsels
    orange liqueur or any flavored brandy for flavor
    confectioners sugar
    powdered cocoa
Preparation
    Heat cream and butter over medium heat.
    Bring to boil. Remove.
    Stir in chocolate and liqueur or brandy until chocolate melts.
    Refrigerate mixture until you can shape.
    Roll into balls. Roll in confectioners sugar or cocoa.
    Put on a wax paper lined pan and refrigerate until firm.
