Nutmeg Butterballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. soft butter (use at least 1/2 butter)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar and 2 tsp. nutmeg, mixed
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Blend in nuts and vanilla.
    Add flour. Mix well.
    Shape into 1 inch balls and chill.
    Bake on greased cookie sheets at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
    Roll in confectioners sugar and nutmeg.
