Pork Chop Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 c. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce (1 1/2 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Coat pork chops with seasoned flour. Brown on both sides in hot oiled skillet. Spread applesauce, pineapple and nutmeg over pork chops.
    Cook over low, uncovered, until pork chops are tender, about 45 minutes. Serve hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
