Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small onion
    1 clove garlic
    salt
    pepper
    1 small tomato
Preparation
    Cut in half and scoop out meat of avocados.
    Chop onion, garlic and tomato into small pieces.
    Add ingredients to a bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mash together all ingredients and whip until smooth.
    Serve with plate of heated tortilla chips, over nachos, with vegetables, etc.
