Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. rice, cooked
    2 c. cheese, shredded
    2 (8 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    hot pepper sauce to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, pepper and salt.
    Drain.
    Stir into meat mixture, rice, cheese, tomatoes and hot sauce.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Top with some shredded cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until top cheese is melted.
    Serves 6 to 10.
