Red And Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    standard pastry for 9-inch pie
    undiluted evaporated milk
    4 c. sliced red and green tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Line pie pan with pastry.
    Brush shell with evaporated milk. Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Fill shell with tomatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix remaining ingredients and spread on tomatoes.
    Bake in preheated moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
    Serves 6.
