Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. apples, cut fine
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift all dry ingredients, then add to creamed ingredients.
Add apples and pecans last.
Put in 3 layer cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Check after 25 minutes.
