Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole head of cabbage
    butter or margarine
    garlic pepper and garlic salt
Preparation
    Quarter cabbage and remove the heart.
    Butter each quarter with butter or margarine until all nooks and crannies are filled. Put quarters back in original places; wrap with aluminum foil. Place in a pan or ovenproof bowl and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done to your taste.
