Barbecued Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 leg of lamb, butterflied
1 small container sour cream
2 tsp. m.s.g.
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation

Mix everything together, except lamb.
Spread on the lamb. Marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
Grill over hot coals about 1/2 hour on each side.
