Thick White Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

In a pot, combine butter with flour, thoroughly.
Add milk gradually, stirring vigorously.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat. Add salt.
Cook 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
Yields approximately 1 cup.
