Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream-style corn
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Fold in rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in 12-inch casserole.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
