Bacon Cheddar Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 10 red potatoes
1 jar Ragu cheese sauce
salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
bacon bits
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into small chunks or strips. Boil until slightly tender. Do not overcook. Drain some of the water, leaving about 1/2 to 1-inch of water from the cooked potatoes. Add jar of Ragu sauce, salt and pepper to taste and onion salt. Let simmer for about 10 minutes in crock-pot or on stove top. Top with bacon bits and shredded cheese when ready to serve.
