Italian Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 qt. water
    1/2 lb. noodles, cooked
    1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can tomato paste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and garlic slowly in oil.
    Add water and tomato paste; simmer until meat is tender (about 2 hours).
    Add noodles and stir gently.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
