Rosettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
pinch of salt
tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir and mix until sooth.
Heat rosette iron in deep fat at 375\u00b0.
Dip iron into batter and then into hot fat for 1 minute or until rosette is golden brown.
Lift out.
Tip to drain on absorbent paper.
May be dipped into powdered or granulated sugar.
