Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. partially cooked yellow squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 grated carrot
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 can (undiluted) cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream and soup.
    Melt butter in pan and mix in stuffing.
    Take 1/2 of stuffing out of pan.
    Pour in squash and top with other 1/2 of stuffing.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Make in a 2-quart casserole dish.
