Jeweled Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large pkg. lime gelatin
1 3/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. pecans
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 to 4 apples, diced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Preparation

Drain pineapple; add enough water to make 2 cups. Heat; dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add lemon juice; cool until syrupy. Mix apples, pineapple, oranges and nuts together; add to gelatin. Chill until firm. Serve with Fluffy Orange Dressing.
