Corn Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Mexicorn, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 small can green chilies
    1 or 2 jalapenos, chopped
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    chili powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl until blended.
    Sprinkle chili powder over top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
    Serve with crackers, Waverly or Town House.
