Peppy Potatoes Pimento - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium to large baking potatoes
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    2 tsp. McCormick/Schilling California style garlic salt
Preparation
    Prick potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cut thin slices off tops; scoop out potatoes and mash with fork.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Refill potatoes.
    Reheat in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
    Serves 4.
