Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed potatoes
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 jar peanut butter

Preparation

Mix potatoes and vanilla.
Add sugar slowly to make stiff dough.
Roll out real thin on wax paper.
Spread peanut butter and roll up like a jelly roll.
Cool 1 hour and cut in small pieces.
