Ingredients

1 small pkg. Oreos
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Crush cookies and place 1/2 of them in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together Cool Whip, cream, butter and powdered sugar.
Mix pudding and milk in separate bowl.
Combine both mixtures and pour over crumbs.
Spread rest of crumbs on top.
Chill a few hours.
