Steamed Salmon With Potato Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 bunch dill
    1 1/4 lb. salmon fillet, cut into 6 equal portions
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place potatoes, milk, cream and garlic in a large saucepan.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Transfer potato-cream mixture to a 9 x 12-inch gratin dish and bake for 10 minutes.
