Marinated Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. block Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. block cream cheese, frozen 30 minutes prior to cutting
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    2 oz. diced pimento
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. minced green onion
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cube block of Cheddar cheese and block of cream cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
    Let marinate overnight.
    Serve chilled or at room temperature.
    Beautiful served in a glass bowl.
