Lemon Love - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    juice and rind of lemon
    1 1/2 tsp. Knox gelatine
Preparation
    Soak gelatine in small amount of water.
    In double boiler, cook sugar, egg yolks, juice and rind of lemon until it coats the spoon (custard, 10 minutes and stir).
    Add gelatine; take from heat. Cool slightly.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour in sherbets. Makes 5 plus.
