Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayo
2 Tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. sliced green onions
7 1/2 oz. drained, flaked crabmeat
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
9-inch frozen pie shell
Preparation

Combine mayo, flour, eggs and milk until well blended.
Stir in onions and crabmeat.
Add cheese.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
