Fast Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. biscuit mix (commercial)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Blend everything in a blender.
    Pour in a buttered 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake until custard sets, at 400\u00b0, about 25 to 30 minutes.
