Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. ground turkey, browned and drained
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 beef broth cubes
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
garlic, parsley and Worcestershire sauce to taste
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Brown turkey; drain.
Add all ingredients except rice together until well heated; onions and celery should be tender-crisp.
Mix in rice and serve.
