White Chocolate Cheesecake With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    8 oz. white chocolate, melted
    2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. framboise (Raspberry Brandy)
Preparation
    Beat softened cheese until smooth and creamy; add 1 cup sugar, vanilla and egg.
    Stir in by hand.
    Stir in melted chocolate.
    Pour into buttered spring-form pan.
    Place in larger pan filled with water (no more than 2/3 up sides of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
