Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 tsp. dried basil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    pinch of black pepper
    1/2 ??? fresh mushrooms, halved
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    9-inch pie crust (unbaked)
    1/3 lb. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine.
    Cool to room temperature. Drain and reserve liquid.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prick pie crust with fork tines several times.
    Prebake pastry for 5 minutes.
