Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak (2 lb.), cubed
    3 large bell peppers, cut in slices
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 can whole tomatoes (28 oz.), cut in quarters
Preparation
    Brown and cook steak in 2 cups water until tender (about 30 minutes). Add peppers, onions and tomatoes. Cook until peppers are tender. Thicken with flour and salt to taste.
    Serve over white rice.
