Apricot Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 stick butter
    1 large can apricots
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine coconut, flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and soda with butter until mixture is a coarse crumble.
    Set aside 1 cup of mixture. Press remaining mixture into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
