Marinated Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. dry vermouth
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Season with a mixture of 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix together the vermouth, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme and parsley.
    Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 1 hour.
    Drain chicken well.
    Roll in the flour mixed with the remaining salt, then the eggs and finally the bread crumbs.
    Melt the butter in a large skillet and cook the chicken until browned and tender.
    Turn the pieces frequently.
