Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. apples
1 c. dates
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream sugar with butter and eggs.
Add flour, cinnamon and cloves.
Add two cups raw apples plus diced dates (I use raisins). Add nuts, hot water and soda, dissolved in very small amount of hot water.
Beat well.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
