Ingredients

1 jar Ragu
sliced mushrooms
9 precooked lasagna noodles
15 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
1 small green pepper, chopped
3 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a 12 x 18-inch baking dish, spread 1/4 sauce, 1/2 Ricotta, 1/3 each green pepper, pepperoni, mushrooms and Mozzarella. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, green pepper, pepperoni and mushrooms.
Reserve remaining Mozzarella.
Cover dish with plastic wrap. Shield short ends of dish with 2-inch wide strips of smooth foil.
On microwave cooking rack, cook on High 8 minutes. Discard foil.
Cook, uncovered, 2 to 4 minutes until hot.
Top with remaining Mozzarella.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
