Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (6 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter in skillet until clear. Layer chicken and uncooked spaghetti over vegetables.
Add mixture of soup, broth, salt and pepper.
Top with layers of mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
Bring to boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally. Yields 6 servings.
