Chess Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour (self-rising)
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sugars and vanilla; blend well.
    Add eggs one at a time and blend well between each addition.
    Add flour and mix. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 40 minutes.
    Turn onto wire rack.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
