Brisket - cooking recipe

3 to 5 lb. brisket
meat tenderizer
pepper to taste
1/2 small bottle liquid smoke
1 envelope onion soup mix
garlic powder
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Lay brisket on large piece of heavy-duty tinfoil.
Sprinkle brisket with tenderizer, pepper, liquid smoke, onion soup mix, garlic powder, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
