Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef chuck
    1 tsp. Italian spices
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium onion, thickly sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. bouillon powder or 1 cube
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Simmer slowly for 3 hours or until tender.
    Cool and store with juice overnight.
    Remove fat.
    Slice very thinly.
    Heat juices and beef.
    Serve on hard rolls for sandwiches.
