Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, Italian sausage or a mixture of both
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. water
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
16 oz. spaghetti
2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. Ricotta cheese or creamy cottage cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown beef or sausage with onion.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomato paste, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
