Garden Club Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1/3 c. sliced almonds
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 stems broccoli, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut broccoli flowerets into small pieces and peel stems, discarding any woody pieces.
    Finely chop broccoli flowerets and stems together with remaining ingredients.
    Season and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve on lettuce or with croissants.
