Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 chopped onion
1/3 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Cook ground meat, onion and pepper.
Add a little salt, then drain.
Mix meat and all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
