Yummy Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
    1/2 to 3/4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine all, except pecans.
    Pour into a greased, 2 1/2-quart casseorle.
    Arrange pecans around the edge.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
