Creamed Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. milk
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 oz. shredded cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    3/4 c. water
    2 cans beef broth
Preparation
    Fry hamburger.
    Mix together milk, soup, salt, pepper, cheese, butter, flour and egg.
    Heat a little, then add water and broth. Heat until thick.
    Serve on bread.
