Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients with a spoon.
Grease cookie sheet and line with greased wax paper.
Spread batter (will be thin).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or less.
Sprinkle kitchen towel with powdered sugar.
Turn cookie sheet over on towel.
Peel off wax paper.
Roll in towel and let cool for 20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, margarine and powdered sugar.
Spread over bread. Roll up and refrigerate.
