Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    1 chopped onion
    4 eggs
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) cottage cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (but not drained)
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix together (beat eggs first) all other ingredients except Cheddar cheese.
    Pour batter over melted oleo.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until brown.
    Good with anything.
