Chirico And Peppers - cooking recipe

2 lb. chirico
3 green peppers
1 big onion
8 oz. jar Ragu traditional sauce
Preparation

Slice and peel chirico. Fry in pan until brown. Add 1 1/2 cups water. Add chopped/sliced green peppers and chopped onion. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is almost gone. Add Ragu traditional sauce. Simmer 15 more minutes.
