Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    steak
    tenderizer
    salt
    pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (8 or 16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
