Dream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sour pitted cherries
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 c. flour, mixed
    1 small box raspberry gelatin
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    2 baked pie crusts
Preparation
    Prepare and bake crusts.
    Drain fruit and set aside.
    Heat juices and stir in sugar and flour.
    Cook until clear and slightly thickened.
    Remove from heat and add gelatin.
    Cool slightly and add fruit and nuts.
    Pour into pie shells and refrigerate overnight.
    Top with one small container of Cool Whip.
