Chicken Stroganoff(Serves 2 To 3) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. dry sherry or water
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
Preparation
    Cut each chicken breast crosswise into 10 or 12 strips.
    Melt margarine or butter over moderately high heat in 12-inch skillet. Add chicken and sprinkle with salt.
    Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add the onion, mushrooms and paprika.
    Cook 2 minutes longer, continuing to stir.
    Add the water.
    Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook an additional 2 minutes.
